Directions for use
Granules: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
Tablets: 4 tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
In dietary regimens aimed at achieving weight loss, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking plenty of water.

Warnings
Fiber supplementation is not recommended for infants.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
