Food supplement of creatine, carnitine, arginine, glutathione, vitamins and mineral salts, indicated in cases of insufficient intake of these nutrients through diet or in cases of increased need. It can be useful for those who engage in physical and sporting activities to support increased energy needs and replenish salts lost through sweating.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet twice a day, dissolved in a glass of still water.

Warnings
Contains a source of phenylalanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (beyond 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. Consult your doctor also in case of overdose. The product is contraindicated in case of renal failure, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children under 12 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoiding exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in an unopened package.
