Description
A food supplement based on vitamins and mineral salts, with creatine, indicated for providing an additional supply of these nutrients in cases of need or increased demand.
The components present in the product can: contribute to normal energy metabolism (iron, manganese and B vitamins); contribute to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function (magnesium); promote cell protection from oxidative stress (vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc and selenium); contribute to the normal function of the immune system (vitamins A, C, D, folic acid and zinc).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not consume after the best-before date. The product contains polyols, therefore excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The product contains a source of phenylalanine.

Storage
Store in a cool (<25°C) and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
The expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
