Description
An iron, folic acid, vitamin C, and vitamin B12 supplement, useful for addressing increased needs or decreased intake of these nutrients. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to normal cognitive development; it also plays a role in the normal process of cell division and contributes to oxygen transport in the body. Folic acid is an essential component of erythrocytes and a key factor in red blood cell synthesis. Vitamin B12 is another critical element of erythrocytic synthesis. Vitamin C has an antioxidant action. Bimbovit Iron contains no preservatives and is easily dosed (1 drop=1 mg of iron).

Ingredients
Content in the reservoir cap: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Content of the vial: fructose, purified water, chelated ferrous bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; flavouring.

Gluten-free.

Instructions for use
Infants 0-12 months: 1 drop/kg/day.
Premature infants: 2 drops/kg/day.
Children: 10 drops/day.
1. Screw on the cap.
2. Shake the vial.
3. Unscrew the cap and take with the dropper. Disperse in a little water or fruit juice.
For correct use of the product in paediatric age, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume after the expiry date.

Storage
Store away from light and heat, in a cool (<25 °C) and dry place.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored. Validity after opening: 1 month.
