Description
Food supplement based on PHGG vegetable fibre (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) with a high fibre content (5 g per daily dose).

Ingredients
Purified water, soluble fibre PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum), flavouring; stabilisers: maltitol, sorbitol syrup; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Benefibra can be taken as is, with added water, mixed with fruit juice or yoghurt.
It is recommended to take one stick (30 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
Do not use if the stick is damaged.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
