Description
Dietary supplement with pure melatonin.
The controlled-release formulation reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and the effects of jet lag.

Ingredients
Lactose; bulking agents: mannitol, calcium phosphate; stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, shellac, medium-chain triglycerides; coloring agent: calcium carbonate; melatonin.

Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Each tablet provides 1 mg of melatonin.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (1 tablet) in the evening, shortly before bedtime. In case of jet lag, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
Shelf life for unopened packaging: 36 months.
