Description
Immunodosaggio a flusso laterale destinato to the rilevazione qualitativa degli antigens nucleocapsidici of SARS-CoV-2 attraverso swab nasofaringeo e swab orofaringeo from individui che sono stati considerati come potenziali portatori of COVID-19 from operatori sanitari.
È basato sullo standard Double-Antibody-Sandwich (DAS-ELISA).
Se the campione contains l'antigene SARS-CoV-2, the line of test (T) apparirà colorata nella corrispettiva area dei results.
L'assenza of the line of test suggerisce invece un result negativo.

How to use
I campioni possono essere raccolti tramite swab nasofaringeo e swab orofaringeo.
