Description
Supplement food based on tiglio e biancospino with melatonin e Vitamin B1. The tiglio promotes the rilassamento (sleep; in caso of stress). The biancospino contribuisce to the regolare funzionalità dell'apparato cardiovascular, to the rilassamento e to the wellness mentale, ha action antioxidant e promotes the regolarità of the pressure arteriosa. The tiamina contribuisce to the normal metabolismo energetico, to the normal funzionamento of the sistema nervoso, to the normal function psicologica e to the normal function cardiaca. The melatonin contribuisce to the riduzione of the tempo richiesto for prendere sleep. L'effetto benefico si ottiene with l'assunzione, poco before of coricarsi, of 1 mg of melatonin.

How to use
Si consiglia l'assunzione of 1 tablet to the day before of coricarsi, from sciogliere in bocca fino to the complete dissoluzione.
