Modalità d'utilizzo
Before of the treatment, è consigliabile effettuare un semicupo with water calda e Sapigen K for 5/8 minutes in modo from rilassare the muscolatura perianale. Una volta rimossa l’aria contenuta nella sonda mediante the syringe in dotazione, lubrificare the dilatatore with abbondante Cream Dilatan ed inserirlo gently nell’ano sino a che l’impugnatura venga contact with the margine anale. For i primi 2 o 3 days, iniettare 10/20 ml of water calda nella sonda (40/45°). Col procedere of the terapia, aumentare the amount d’water calda fino ad un massimo of 50 ml. Maggiori amount potrebbero causare un continuo e fastidioso stimolo to the defecazione. The length of the deflussore consente of compiere agevolmente tali manovre in piena autonomia.
The treatment deve essere protratto for 3-4 settimane.
