How to use:
50÷150 g/hl for the preparazione of filtrati dolci;
10÷40 g/hl for the normal fermentazione
of the uve bianche e rosse;
the dose massima è consigliabile solo
in caso of uve guaste o ammuffite;
10÷20 g/hl for the storage dei vini dolci filtrati;
60÷120 g/hl for the preparazione dei vini coloratissimi;
2÷5 g/hl for the care of the malattie dei vini
before dei travasi e of the filtrazioni.
