The Vitamins B1, B2, B5 e the Niacina contribuiscono to the normal metabolismo energetico. The Vitamins A e B2 sostengono the metabolismo of the Iron, the Vitamins B2, B5, B6, C e the Niacina favoriscono the riduzione of the tiredness e dell’affaticamento. The vitamin B5 contribuisce also to the sintesi e to the metabolismo fisiologico degli ormoni steroidei, of the Vitamin D e of alcuni neurotrasmettitori.
