It is a medical device manufactured in compliance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. It is intended to promote the restoration of the moist microenvironment in particularly dry wounds, while at the same time assisting in the cleansing and granulation phase of uncleansed skin lesions.
Interactive dressing based on sodium hyaluronate and collagen-forming amino acids, in a fluid gel formulation, aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue and tissue regeneration. It also facilitates wound cleansing.
Vulnamin spray protects skin integrity, being used in the early stages of lesions with a preventive effect on their evolution. In skin lesions of various origins, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleansing and the formation of granulation tissue, and thus the regeneration of the lesion area. Vulnamin spray also reduces inflammatory infiltrate and, at the same time, stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen.
The versatile formulation of Vulnamin spray allows its use even in hard-to-reach areas and those particularly painful to the touch. Application on skin not yet ulcerated but with prodromes of ulcerative evolution, promotes the maintenance of a protective microenvironment on the integrity of the skin itself. In the treatment of skin ulcers of various origins, with delayed healing, lesions with moderate or scarce exudate, whether cleansed or colonized, whether flat or cavitated, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleansing and aids the resumption of tissue repair. Do not use on frank infection. In colonized lesions, combine with an antibacterial secondary dressing.

Instructions for use
Spray Vulnamin spray on the skin affected by pre-ulcerative lesions 1 or 2 times a day. Vulnamin spray is also indicated for ulcerative skin lesions without necrosis and infection (red phase). The interval between dressing changes essentially depends on the condition of the wound. Dressing changes should be commensurate with wound exudate; it is recommended to change every other day or, at most, every three days. Wash and cleanse the lesion and spray an adequate amount of product, using the most appropriate secondary dressing for the lesion's condition.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCl, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Warnings
Remove any foreign material from the wound by spraying saline solution from the inside of the wound outwards. Before dressing, wash hands thoroughly. After carefully cleaning the area to be treated, gently dab the wound with gauze to remove excess blood. If the lesion does not require further intervention, after cleaning the wound, apply Vulnamin spray as described in the instructions for use.
It is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. No overdose phenomena are known. No side effects are known. No interactions with drugs and medicinal substances are known. Although no secondary effects are known during pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to apply according to the doctor's judgment. Vulnamin spray is a product characterized by good tolerability; occasionally, burning sensations may occur, due to the hypertonicity of the product which characterizes its effectiveness in cleansing. However, this sensation tends to resolve spontaneously.
The expiry date refers to the product unopened and correctly stored. Product for external use. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not sterilize. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. The use of drying materials in combination with Vulnamin spray is not recommended. Keep out of reach of children. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.

Storage
Vulnamin spray should be stored at a temperature between 8° and 30°C. Do not store in the refrigerator. Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity and heat sources.
