Food supplement based on vitamin B12, raspberry flavor.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism; it also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

Instructions for use
It is available in the form of orodispersible films, a very simple and practical way to take the supplement:
- it should not be taken with water,
- it dissolves in a few seconds once placed on the tongue.
It can be taken at any time and in any condition, even by people with swallowing difficulties, bedridden, or in conditions of particular fragility.
It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day for at least 30 days, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Do not handle the orodispersible film with wet hands. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
