Description
Food supplement based on folate (in the active form L-methylfolate calcium), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin), vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, niacin, biotin, inositol and vitamin C.
Niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Folate contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of protein and glycogen. Folate, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Niacin, thiamine, biotin and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and normal iron metabolism. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Thiamine contributes to normal heart function. Folate and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Niacin, vitamin B2 and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Niacin, vitamin B2 and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, teeth, cartilage, gums and skin. Vitamins B2 and C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use
1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
