Glucose syrup, sucrose, gelatin (bovine), water; acidity regulator: citric acid; elderberry concentrated juice, natural flavouring, valerian (Valeriana Officinalis L.) root extract, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Miller) flower extract, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract; antioxidant: E300; maltodextrin; glazing agent: E903; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Directions for use
Take one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin. To be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.
