Description
Blood pregnancy test.
The test can detect a very low quantity (sensitivity of 10 mIU/mL) of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), a hormone produced by the body from the beginning of pregnancy. It is recommended to perform the test in the days preceding the presumed date of the next period to obtain maximum reliability of the pregnancy test. If the test is performed too early, the concentration of the hCG hormone could be excessively low and not detected, which would lead to a negative result.
NG Precision+ is an immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of hCG in human capillary blood collected from the fingertip with a sensitivity of 10 mlU/mL. The test performance (95% confidence interval) is 100% (84.54% - 100%) for sensitivity and 100% (92.86% - 100%) for specificity.
This quick and easy-to-use test can be performed anywhere and at any time of day.
The test is performed by depositing the drop of blood collected from the fingertip into the test well using the capillary tube.
A solution is then dispensed to facilitate the migration of the blood sample.
The test includes antibodies that detect hCG and, in case of a positive result, generate a colored line in the "T" area of the test.
The reactive components are an anti-alpha-hCG monoclonal antibody and an anti-beta-hCG monoclonal antibody conjugated with a visual marker (colloidal gold).

Instructions for use
Sample collection
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Then, dry thoroughly.
- Warm water helps to improve blood circulation in the fingertips.
- Keep arms at your sides for one minute to increase blood flow.
- If the blood drop does not form immediately, press the finger behind the puncture area to form the blood drop.
1 PREPARATION
Massage the finger for a few seconds (middle or ring finger), clean it with the alcohol swab and let it air dry. Rotate and remove the green tab, then discard it. Press the gray button to prick the finger.
2 COLLECTION
Place the test in the indicated space on the instruction sheet. Press firmly on the finger behind the puncture area to obtain the blood sample. Fill the capillary tube completely with blood.
3 RESULT
Place and leave the test on the table. Then turn the tube with the blood upside down into the well.
Wait 5 minutes.

Warnings
- The test is for single use only. Do not reuse.
- Do not use the test if the packaging is damaged or broken.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Once the package is opened, use the test immediately.
- Nothing should come into contact with the reading window (result area).
- NG Precision+ is designed for use with blood samples only.
- Blood must be transferred immediately to the test strip.
- While waiting for the result, the test must be placed on a flat surface. Never orient the test upwards.

Storage
Store the test in its packaging between 4 °C and 30 °C. The test is stable until the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Do not freeze.
