Description
Vaginal douche with sodium hyaluronate, aloe vera, and magaldrate. It is useful for relieving irritation, burning, itching, and promoting vaginal mucosal hydration. It helps protect the vaginal ecosystem and prevent bothersome symptoms that appear in cases of vaginitis and vaginosis of various kinds. It is also recommended for menopausal women to restore the physiology of the vaginal environment and reduce symptoms of vaginal dryness.
The medical device acts by mechanical and chemical-physical means (film-forming and moisturizing action). It exerts its protective and moisturizing action on the vaginal mucosa primarily due to the presence of sodium hyaluronate, which, by adhering to the mucosal surface and retaining physiologically present water, forms a protective film, thus providing relief to irritated mucosa. Thanks to the barrier effect, the mucosa maintains its integrity and is protected from aggression by external agents and pathogens.
The action is aided by the presence of aloe vera. The mucilages contained in aloe are, in fact, known for their emollient and mucoadhesive properties and therefore contribute to the creation of a film on the vaginal mucosa, supporting the functional component in its protective and moisturizing action.
The product also contains magaldrate (approximately 0.1%), an insoluble substance that deposits on the mucosa, thus creating a cytoprotective layer.

Instructions for use
Wash hands thoroughly before use. Single-use device, each douche should be used for a single irrigation.
Combine the powder contained in the reservoir cap with the liquid in the bottle.
Push the upper part of the cap until the inner capsule is completely detached from the rest of the cap. Remove the seal from the capsule. Invert the capsule to pour the powder contained within it into the bottle. Keeping the capsule on the bottle, shake quickly for a few seconds. Quickly remove the capsule.
Insert the cannula onto the bottle and shake again, taking care not to spill the product.
Proceed with irrigation by gently inserting the cannula into the vagina and pressing the sides of the bottle until it is completely empty. Perform the irrigation immediately after shaking the bottle to allow the poured powder to remain suspended in the liquid: the presence of suspended particles is characteristic of the product and does not affect its functionality and conformity.

Components
Liquid: water, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, Vari-Hyal HM, red rose fragrance, polysorbate 20 (tween 20), aloe vera gel, lactic acid.
Cap: magaldrate, aerosil 200 F (micronized silica), magnesium stearate.

Warnings
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Product not intended for pediatric use.
Do not use for purposes other than those indicated.
Do not swallow.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The device is single-use: use immediately after opening. Any remaining product in the opened bottle should be discarded and not reused.
The cannula is not reusable: it should be discarded after the first use.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products, may lead to sensitization phenomena.
In case of certain or suspected pregnancy, during breastfeeding, and in conjunction with other local drug therapies, consult your doctor before using the product.
In the event of particular reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the outer packaging and printed on the bottle. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 24 months.
