The test strips are used with the OneTouch Verio IQ and OneTouch Verio Pro meters for quantitative measurement of blood glucose levels in fresh whole capillary blood.

Features
The strips automatically draw in a small blood sample.
It is easy to apply blood to either side of the OneTouch Verio test strip.
The OneTouch Verio Pro and OneTouch Verio IQ systems provide plasma-calibrated results, allowing for easy comparison with laboratory analyses.

Warnings
Open the vial only to remove the test strips to be used for the test. After removing a test strip from the vial, immediately close the vial cap tightly. Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the vial. Do not use test strips from a damaged or open vial. Write the discard date (date opened plus 6 months) in the designated space on the vial label when you open it for the first time. Do not use test strips after the expiry date (printed on the vial label) or after the discard date, whichever comes first. Avoid getting dirt, food, or liquids on the test strip. You can touch the test strip anywhere with clean, dry hands. Do not bend, cut, or alter the test strips in any way. Test strips are for single use only. Never reuse a test strip that has had blood or control solution applied to it. Before testing, ensure that the meter and test strips are at approximately the same temperature. Only apply OneTouch Verio control solution or a blood sample to the test strip. After performing a test, do not put the used test strip back into the vial. Measurements should be performed under medical supervision.

Storage
Store the vial in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 30°C. Do not refrigerate. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Store test strips only in their original vial. To avoid damage or contamination, do not transfer test strips to other containers.
