Description
Food for special medical purposes formulated with specific dosages of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, vitamin E, iron, magnesium, and indicated for the dietary management of malabsorption situations following bariatric surgery.

Maltodextrin, calcium citrate-malate (from Lithothamnium calcareum - aquamin); acidifier: citric acid; magnesium oxide (Ultramag - sucrosomial magnesium), ferric pyrophosphate (Sideral r.m. - sucrosomial iron), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); thickeners: acacia gum, xanthan gum; flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), cyanocobalamin (UltraB12 - sucrosomial vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (UltraD3 - sucrosomial vitamin D3); sweetener: sucralose; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), zinc oxide (Ultrazin - sucrosomial zinc); sweetener: acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; sodium selenite (Ultrasel - sucrosomial selenium); colour: beta-carotene; calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), nicotinamide (vitamin PP), sodium iodate (Ultraiod - sucrosomial iodine), phylloquinone (vitamin K), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], riboflavin (vitamin B2), copper citrate.

Directions for use
Generally, the recommended dose is two sachets per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml). The method of use and the recommended daily dose must be determined by the doctor, also in relation to the subject's condition.
