Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of passionflower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn, and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. For reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
Edible gelatin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (min. 0.42% valerenic acids), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract (min. 2% rosmarinic acid), hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus., flowers and leaves) dry extract (min. 1.5% vitexin-2-rhamnoside), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., herb with flowers) dry extract (min. 4% total flavonoids expressed as vitexin); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
