Description
Classic long gluten-free and lactose-free bread roll specifically formulated for coeliacs; rich in fibre and without preservatives.

Ingredients
Corn starch, sourdough (rice flour, water), water, rice starch, rice syrup, vegetable fibres (psyllium, apple), sunflower oil, rice flour, soy protein, apple vinegar, yeast; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt, dextrose.

Gluten-free, lactose-free and wheat-free.

Instructions for use
Ideal for a pleasant breakfast, but also as a snack on the go.
They can also be heated in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.

Store at room temperature.
After opening, store the product in a sealed container and consume within a few days or freeze directly.
Shelf life when unopened: 4 months.
