Corn starch, water, sourdough (rice flour, water) 13%, vegetable fiber (psyllium), millet flour 4.1%, sugar, rice starch; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; high oleic sunflower oil, soy protein, yeast, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide).

Gluten-free, lactose-free and wheat-free.

After opening, store the product in a closed container and consume within a few days or freeze it directly.
