Food supplement.
Complex of folic acid, vitamin B12 and S-adenosyl-L-methionine indicated in all cases of reduced intake or increased need for these nutritional elements.
Folic acid and vitamin B12 are useful for maintaining normal psychological function, reducing tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.

Sweeteners: mannitol, xylitol, sucralose, acesulfame K, neohesperidin DC; S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate (SAM-e); anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); flavourings; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); acidifier: citric acid; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, away from meals, dissolving it slowly in the mouth.

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight, and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in an intact package.
