A specific ointment for controlling irritative phenomena in the anogenital area in pediatric age. Particularly indicated in the symptomatic treatment of itching, redness, burning during anogenital inflammation in pediatric and pre-pubertal age due to irritation (e.g., diaper rash), allergy (e.g., atopic dermatitis), or infection (e.g., vulvovaginitis caused by Staphylococcus). Adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of vulvar repercussions of systemic diseases (e.g., chickenpox). The treatment is compatible with any pharmacological interventions required.
Contains Adelmidrol, a substance belonging to the Aliamide class, capable of downregulating mast cell degranulation, and consequently exerting a rebalancing action on tissue hyperactivity.
2-dodecenedioic acid (transtraumatic acid) facilitates the convergence of local epithelial cells, promoting the "restitutio ad integrum" of the mucocutaneous barrier, which is compromised in hyper-reactive conditions. The product uses an innovative mucoadhesive technology, whereby the substances present in the formulation are dynamically transported and retained at the application site, thanks to the binding between hyaluronic acid and CD44 receptors expressed by inflamed epithelial cells.

Directions for use
Apply 2 or more times a day, spreading the ointment evenly over the anogenital area until symptoms subside or as otherwise directed by a doctor. In the case of diaper rash, apply a thin layer of the product over the entire affected area at each diaper change, after thorough washing. The product is formulated to ensure an effective mucocutaneous protective barrier.

Product not indicated for individuals already sensitized to the components present in the formulations.
