Hypertonic means that the saline solution has a salt concentration similar to that of the sea, therefore higher than that of the human body. The use of a hypertonic solution is useful as a support in case of: chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, for the treatment and prevention of otitis, post-operative care for patients who have undergone paranasal sinus surgery.

Instructions for use
The isotonic solution is obtained by dissolving one sachet of salts in the nasal douche and adding 250 ml of lukewarm water.
