Description
Food supplement with magnesium and plant extracts of valerian, lavender, hawthorn, and California poppy, useful in cases of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients.
Lavender and California poppy promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress. Lavender promotes a normal mood. Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Valerian dry extract titrated to 0.42% in valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root, corn maltodextrin), food grade gelatin capsule, magnesium oxide, lavender dry extract titrated to 0.5% in essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., summitas cum floribus, corn maltodextrin), hawthorn dry extract titrated to 3% in vitexin [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., folium, corn maltodextrin], California poppy dry extract titrated to 0.2% in protopine (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herba, corn maltodextrin), corn maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, to be swallowed whole with water without chewing or opening, preferably in the evening.
