Description
RECUPERA ENERGY is a food supplement containing Creatine, Acetyl-L-carnitine, L-aspartic acid, Vitamins and Mineral Salts. Daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance in cases of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin C, Vitamin B5 and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Zinc and Magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml).
