Recugel
Description
Viscous solution with dexpanthenol, to improve ocular surface hydration and protect eye health.
Recugel has a refreshing and soothing effect on the eyes. It improves ocular surface hydration in cases of dry eye sensation, burning, or eye fatigue, caused, for example, by prolonged television viewing or long periods of working at a video terminal, and by heating systems or air conditioning.
Recugel contains dexpanthenol for the protection of healthy eyes. Dexpanthenol is a precursor to vitamin B5.
Instructions for use
Instill 1-2 drops of Recugel into the eye. It can be used up to 4 times a day.
1. Remove the protective cap from the tube's tip before each use.
2. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down the lower eyelid with a finger of your free hand, hold the tube vertically over the eye with the tip pointing downwards. Gently press the tube to instill a drop of gel.
3. Replace the cap on the tube after each use.
Close your eye and make slow rotating movements from side to side to allow for optimal distribution of the drops on the ocular surface.
Components
1 g of eye gel contains 50 mg of dexpanthenol (medicinal substance) as well as carbomer, disodium edetate, sodium hydroxide, water for injections, and cetrimide as a preservative.
