Ingredients
Corn maltodextrin, gelatin (capsule ingredient); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); mixture of lactic ferments (Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR 32, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA 14); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Raw materials are produced and packaging is done in facilities that also process milk and soy derivatives.

Instructions for use
We recommend 2 capsules daily, after meals, with a glass of water.
