Food supplement based on plant extracts and magnesium.
Turmeric and shepherd's purse counteract menstrual cycle discomfort; maritime pine has antioxidant action, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.

Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Meriva turmeric phospholipid (Curcuma longa L. rhizome dry extract, soy lecithin) titrated 18-22% curcuminoids, magnesium oxide, maritime pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) bark dry extract titrated 95% proanthocyanidins, shepherd's purse [Capsella bursa pastoris (L.) Medik.] herb dry extract; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; colorant: E163.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day.
