Description
An energy-saline product for athletes. Before physical activity: Maltodextrins are complex carbohydrates that release energy gradually and over a prolonged period, providing glucose that the body will use during sports activity. During physical activity: Fructose provides readily available energy. Magnesium also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal energy metabolism and, together with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function. After physical activity: Magnesium helps replenish fluid and salt losses that occur with sweating. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress induced by physical activity in amounts equal to 200 mg. Vitamin C, in addition to the recommended daily intake, contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion.

Directions for use
Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water (a half-liter bottle or flask), mix/shake well. This will create a ready-to-use hypotonic energy-saline drink, ideal for both competitive and amateur physical activity. It is recommended to take Polase Sport before, during, and immediately after physical activity, in sips at regular intervals. The amount to be taken depends on the duration and intensity of the physical effort.

Warnings
It is recommended not to exceed 3 sachets per day.
