Directions for use
It is recommended to take 3 sachets or 6 tablets daily. Dissolve the content of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue taking Polase for at least two weeks.

Warnings
Do not use if the sachet is defective or if the blister is damaged. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose, prolonged use, or in subjects with kidney failure, it is advisable to contact a doctor.
