Mineral salt supplement based on Potassium and Magnesium. Indicated for potassium and magnesium deficiencies which can be caused by excessive sweating (even in cases of particular climatic conditions), intense physical activity, insufficient dietary intake or diets very rich in fiber which lead to lower absorption of mineral salts. It is also indicated in cases of increased need.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. It also helps restore electrolyte balance and thus combat the effects of blood pressure drops typical of summer heat.
Potassium, taken in a dose of 300 mg per day, is involved in many bodily functions; for example, it contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure and, together with Magnesium, contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one sachet after the two main meals, up to a maximum of 3 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue taking the product for at least two weeks.
Warnings
Keep the product out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose, prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency, it is advisable to contact a doctor.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the original packaging. Do not use if the sachet is damaged. The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly.
