Ingredients
Demineralized water; lactulose; soluble acacia fiber; mannitol; lactitol; inulin fiber; wild fennel seed extract; mint leaf extract; mallow flower and leaf extract; caraway essential oil.

Directions for use
2-3 tablespoons a day, between meals.
