Instructions for use
Place in the shoe under the ball of the foot.
Identify the right and left foot symbols on each pad.
Check the position in the shoe before removing the protective film.
Ensure the pad is positioned under the ball of the foot with the adhesive side facing down.
Remove the protective film from the adhesive side and apply in the correct position.
To facilitate repositioning, remove the film from both pads.
To maintain the effectiveness of the pad and ensure its durability, clean regularly with a damp cloth.
Replace the pad if the surfaces are worn or damaged.
Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.

Warnings
In case of irritation or discomfort, discontinue use. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin.

Storage
Store at room temperature.
