Description
Food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin. Vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, together with niacin and vitamin B2, also contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium bisglycinate, maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan; thickeners: acacia gum, xanthan gum; flavourings; colour: beta-carotene; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; niacin (nicotinamide); emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; sweetener: sucralose; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (about 150 ml).

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place (<25 °C) away from light, humidity and direct heat sources.
