* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Melatonin and Griffonia (99% 5-OH-L-Tryptophan titrated).

5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan content	24.75 mg
Melatonin	1 mg

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, shortly before bedtime. The duration and frequency of product intake, to facilitate falling asleep or for the problem of nocturnal awakenings, should be based on individual needs and in relation to the necessity. The product is not addictive and has no side effects. It can also be taken by individuals with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.
