Description
Onligol is a laxative powder for oral solution based on Macrogol 4000. It contains no excipients, flavorings, or sugars. It can be dissolved in any beverage (e.g., tea, herbal teas, milk, broth, or fruit juice) and does not alter its taste.
Onligol is particularly indicated for chronic constipation.
It is also indicated for occasional irregular bowel movements.
Thanks to its affinity for water, Onligol softens stools, facilitating evacuation and promoting a sense of well-being and relief.
It acts naturally:
- it is neither absorbed nor fermented in the intestine;
- it does not irritate the mucosa;
- it is eliminated in the feces in an unchanged form.
It does not cause cramps, abdominal pain, or urgent conditions.
Its effectiveness does not diminish over time.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
Dissolve the dose of product in at least 125 ml (increase up to 150 ml in pediatric age) of any beverage, even hot, such as tea, herbal teas, milk, broth, or fruit juice. Onligol does not alter the taste of the beverage. Drink the reconstituted solution. It is advisable to take Onligol away from meals.
DOSAGE (unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor): Onligol allows for broad dosing flexibility.
Adults and children weighing over 20 kg (11 years): the dose is 10 g (2 scoops), 1-3 times a day, according to individual response.
For a more rapid effect, the maximum daily dose (30 g) can be taken in a single administration. In case of prolonged use, the dose can be reduced to 10 g (2 scoops) 1-2 times a day, even every other day, preferably in the evening.
Children 6-9 kg (6 months-1 year): 5 g, 1 scoop.
Children 10-12 kg (1-2 years): 7.5 g, 1.5 scoops.
Children 13-16 kg (2-6 years): 10 g, 2 scoops.
Children 17-20 kg (6-11 years): 12.5 g, 2.5 scoops.
For children up to 20 kg, it is advisable to personalize the dose according to the child's actual needs until soft stools are achieved.

Warnings
Do not take Onligol in case of: known hypersensitivity to macrogol; gastrointestinal perforation and/or obstruction. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should be used under medical prescription.
No interactions with drugs are known, but it is advisable that the product be taken at least 2 hours apart from oral medications.
Occasionally, abdominal distension and/or nausea may occur, which resolve with continued use. Rare cases of allergic reactions (rash, hives): in this case, discontinue use of the product and inform your doctor or pharmacist.
In case of overdose, diarrhea may occur, which resolves spontaneously with discontinuation of the product.
The indicated expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and properly stored. Do not use below 6 months. Close the bottle tightly after use.
During treatment with Onligol, it is advisable to follow an adequate diet, accompanied by the administration of an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to avoid dehydration; however, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not use Onligol for more than 30 consecutive days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
