Description
CE medical device, class IIa, based on hyaluronic acid, citicoline, and vitamin B12. OMK2 is an ophthalmic solution with 0.2% high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, obtained through biotechnological synthesis. Hyaluronic acid creates mucomimetic, mucoadhesive, and viscoelastic solutions, useful for improving the stability of the tear film, thereby keeping the ocular surface lubricated, hydrated, and protected. Additionally, hyaluronic acid-based solutions can establish a favorable microenvironment for the repair processes of the ocular surface in cases of damage to the corneal and conjunctival epithelia. The presence of citicoline in OMK2 provides useful and favorable structural support in restoring the integrity of cell membranes damaged by degenerative ophthalmic diseases (e.g., glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy). Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) finally promotes the growth of corneal epithelial cells, protects cells from free radical damage, and is an important element for maintaining proper ocular surface function.
The wetting and protective properties of OMK2 provide ocular relief in cases of irritation, burning, and foreign body sensation due to environmental factors or prolonged use of a VDU. OMK2 indirectly promotes the physiological processes of corneal re-epithelialization after ocular surgery, laser treatment, or minor abrasions of the corneal surface.

Directions for use
Instill 1 drop of OMK2 2-3 times a day, as needed.

Ingredients
Hyaluronic acid; citicoline sodium salt*; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate; dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate; sodium chloride; benzalkonium chloride; water for injections.

Warnings
Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use in case of incompatibility with any component of the preparation. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package. Do not touch the eyes with the tip of the container. Temporary blurred vision may occur after administration. It is advisable to wait a few seconds before undertaking any activity that requires clear vision. Allow 10-15 minutes after use before instilling external ophthalmic medications. The product must be used within 30 days of first opening the bottle. Keep the preparation out of the reach and sight of children. The product is for external ophthalmic use only. Do not discard the bottle in the environment after use.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 25°C.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
Shelf life after first opening: 1 month.
