Description
Lubricating, protective, moisturizing and soothing ophthalmic solution, based on hypromellose, liposomes and Biosecur.
Thanks to its formulation, OFTASECUR is useful in the treatment of dry eyes, even in the presence of irritation, and promotes reparative processes after surgical or traumatic stress.
The presence of hypromellose, a cellulose derivative with viscoelastic and hygroscopic properties, helps keep the eye more hydrated.
OFTASECUR contains Biosecur, a biological derivative from citrus extract composed of bioflavonoids and polyphenols with demonstrated antimicrobial activity.
Its action, characteristic of Biosecur extracts, controls the bacterial load and the risk of possible infectious processes. Thanks to this characteristic, OFTASECUR is a self-preserved solution.
The presence of liposomes promotes the stabilization of the lipid phase of the tear film, reducing the evaporation of the underlying aqueous layer.
Furthermore, Biosecur is inserted inside the liposomes and made more bioavailable and tolerated.
Thanks to its formulation, it is useful for preventing and controlling ocular infections and provides relief in case of irritation.
OFTASECUR is well tolerated even for prolonged treatments, it is not toxic, irritating or allergenic.

Directions for use
Instill 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day or as directed by a specialist.

Ingredients
Phospholipids, Biosecur, hypromellose, boric acid, sodium tetraborate decahydrate, sodium chloride, distilled water.

Does not contain preservatives.

Warnings
- Do not use the product if allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
- Use the product within 60 days of first opening.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- Do not use the product if the vial is damaged.
- For ophthalmic use only.
- Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- If applying multiple products, allow an interval of at least 10 minutes.
- Not tested on contact lens wearers.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life after opening: 24 months.
