Description
A lubricating ophthalmic solution, based on highly concentrated (0.4%) cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, formulated to relieve the symptoms of dry eye, even in severe cases, for ocular discomfort and for corneal protection.
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gives the product high viscoelasticity, which ensures an excellent level of hydration and retention on the ocular surface, providing long-lasting relief from dry eye symptoms such as pain, burning, stinging, foreign body sensation in the eye, tired and fatigued eyes or tearing.
It is indicated:
• for the relief of dry eye symptoms, for ocular discomfort, as well as for corneal protection as a tear substitute, providing long-lasting hydration;
• it can also be administered for ocular lubrication when contact lenses are used.
It is useful during and after prolonged exposure to sunlight, exposure to air conditioning, prolonged use of screens, and contact with cleaning products. Ocutears Hydro+ can also relieve ocular discomfort caused by surgical procedures.
This product is sterile and preservative-free.

How to use
Instill 1 or 2 drops into each eye, once or more times a day or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Wash your hands before opening the bottle and pay attention to hygiene during use. Before first use, pull and completely remove the tamper-evident band. Gently squeeze to drop 1 drop into the eye. Close the bottle tightly after use.

Ingredients
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 0.4%, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, boric acid, sodium chloride, water for injection (WFI).

Warnings

Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its components.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.
Keep away from heat sources, sunlight, humidity and out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
Make sure the tip of the container does not come into contact with the eye.

Storage
Store the product at a temperature below 25°C. Do not freeze.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 90 days.
