Cardiospermum halicacabum: is a medicinal plant that has an effect similar to cortisone, but without the drug's contraindications. The plant extract of Cardiospermum halicacabum boasts antiallergic and anti-inflammatory properties due to a cortisone-like effect. The active ingredients responsible for the cortisone-like effect are the phytosterols contained in the flowering tops, which have an anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, sebum-regulating, and anti-itch action, but above all, they are able to stabilize the cell membranes of skin and mucous membranes, which, in cases of dermatitis, are less reactive.
SK-influx: a lipid concentrate identical to that naturally present in the skin for an improved skin barrier function. This ceramide complex plays a fundamental role in preventing transepidermal water loss, maintaining skin hydration and elasticity, and preventing the entry of irritating and inflammatory substances.
Glycyrrhetinic acid: extracted from the licorice plant, thanks to its properties, it is used in cosmetics for sensitive and delicate skin. It is effective as a soothing agent in products for children, for inflamed, reddened skin, suffering from atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, and irritations in general.
