Description
Normalene Stop Gas is indicated for the treatment of symptoms related to stomach (aerophagia) and intestinal (meteorism) bloating due to gas accumulation.
It alleviates cramps and pain related to this problem and prevents flatulence and burping.
The product's action is due to the antifoaming action of simethicone, combined with the adsorbing action of charcoal on intestinal gases. The bi-layer tablet structure allows approximately 50% of the ingredients to be released into the gastric environment within 15 minutes of intake, while the complete disintegration of the tablet occurs in the intestinal environment within an hour.
The components are not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and do not interfere with nutrient absorption.

Ingredients
One Normalene Stop Gas tablet contains: Simethicone 50 mg, Charcoal 300 mg.
Excipients: maltodextrin, sucrose, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, colloidal silica, croscarmellose sodium, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, glyceryl behenate, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Do not use under 14 years of age.
Adults: It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets at the end of each main meal, up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day.
Adolescents from 14 to 18 years: 1 tablet at the end of each main meal, up to a maximum of 2 tablets per day.

Warnings
Do not use the product before 14 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take after the expiration date printed on the package. Do not use if the package is damaged. Each tablet is for single use and must be removed from the package immediately before use. Do not take partially used tablets (crushed or broken) or tablets removed from the blister at unknown times, as this improper use could pose a risk of product contamination. Do not use in the presence of gastric or intestinal lesions. Do not use in case of intestinal blockage. In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, take the medical device only if necessary and after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose as larger quantities can cause the onset of adverse effects. For periods exceeding 30 days of use, it is recommended to interrupt treatment with the product for at least 3-5 days. Do not take in case of intolerance to the product. Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to the components.
Side effects: At recommended doses, a brown discoloration of the stools may be observed due to the presence of charcoal. This phenomenon is completely normal and does not imply any pathological significance. No known medium/long-term side effects have been reported. The device does not negatively affect sensory abilities (attention level, ability to drive or perform activities).

Storage
Store the tablets in the blister in a dry place away from direct light or heat sources: remove the tablets only when using them. Store the device below 25°C.
