Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of valerian, hawthorn, passionflower and California poppy, formulated in multilayer tablets with differentiated release.
Extracts of passionflower, valerian and California poppy help promote sleep and relaxation in case of stress, while hawthorn extract promotes mental well-being.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., leaf and flower) dry extract titrated to 1.8% in vitexin-2-rhamnoside supported on glucose, Passiflora incarnata L., herb with flowers, maltodextrin dry extract titrated to 3.5% in flavonoids calculated as isovitexin, Valeriana officinalis L., root, maltodextrin dry extract titrated to 0.8% in sesquiterpene acids calculated as valerenic acids; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide (nano), cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., herb) dry extract titrated minimum 0.8% in alkaloids supported on maltodextrins; colorants: E172, E101, E131; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, acetylated monoglycerides of fatty acids; flavorings: vanilla flavor, vanillin.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets per day as needed, in the evening before going to bed. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a little water, regardless of meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Do not take during pregnancy. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 30°C, avoiding exposure to localized heat sources, direct sunlight, and keeping away from humidity. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months
