Description
Medical device indicated in case of nasal obstruction to facilitate the elimination of mucus; the product can also be used as a complement to treatments for the most common respiratory conditions (common cold, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis). The ready-to-use vials are indicated for the treatment of the upper airways. The vials can be used both for aerosol therapy and as nasal drops. The product does not contain preservatives.

How to use
Aerosol therapy
For optimal distribution of the preparation in the upper airways, its use is recommended through a micronized nasal shower to be applied to common pneumatic aerosol therapy devices. It can also be used with all types of aerosol devices (pneumatic or ultrasonic): in this case, again for better distribution in the upper airways, its use with a nasal fork is recommended.
Blow your nose. Detach a vial and open it by twisting the top. Pour the entire content of 1-2 vials into the appropriate container of the aerosol device. Follow the instructions of the device and inhale until the ampoule is completely empty.
In children over 3 years old and adults: 1 vial 1-2 times a day, or 2 vials once a day.
Nasal use
Blow your nose. Detach a vial and open it by twisting the top. Tilt your head to the side and back, insert the tip of the container into the nostril and gently press, dispensing the recommended dosage. Repeat the same operation for the other nostril. Raise your head to allow the mucus to drain and wipe away any excess product. Avoid blowing your nose immediately after administering the product to prolong its action. Close the vial carefully and store it in a dry place away from heat sources and light.
In children over 3 years old and adults: 2-3 drops per nostril up to a maximum of six administrations daily.

Components
Pyrometaxine (pyrrolidone carboxylic acid and copper sulfate pentahydrate), vegetable glycerol, sodium chloride, purified water.

Warnings
The product is for nasal use as drops and for aerosol according to the instructions given above. Do not swallow. Use in children must be under adult supervision. Use one vial for only one person. Use only on intact mucous membranes. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any component of the product. A slight and temporary burning sensation may be felt upon application and is related to the characteristics of the solution necessary to ensure its effectiveness. In children under three years of age, during pregnancy, and in case of concomitant pharmacological therapies, the product can be used after medical advice. Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may lead to sensitization phenomena or local irritation; if this occurs, interrupt the treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the package, when first opened, is damaged or not perfectly intact. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. Keep the product out of the sight and reach of children. No side effects related to the use of the product are known. Tests performed on the product, to date, have not shown sensitization phenomena or other side effects. In case of discomfort, consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources (recommended temperature between 10 and 30°C) and away from light. The expiry date, shown on the package and on each vial, refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
Shelf life when unopened: 24 months
Shelf life after opening: 12 hours
