Description
Sterile ophthalmic gel containing 5% dexpanthenol, useful for maintaining hydration and protection of the corneal epithelium. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which belongs to the B-vitamin complex, and is an essential component for a normally functioning epithelium. The properties of dexpanthenol allow the gel to bind water, forming a lubricating and moisturizing film on the ocular surface, which prolongs the average tear film breakup time in patients with dry eye syndrome and other conditions involved in dry eye.
The formulation contains carbomers, high molecular weight synthetic polymers, which help to simulate the normal viscosity of tears.

Plays a role in protecting the ocular surface in patients with tear film alterations, providing rapid relief. Provides long-lasting relief from eye irritation, burning, and foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors such as wind, sun, dry air, saltwater, smoke, bright light, air conditioning, heating, prolonged computer use or eye surgery, conjunctivitis, or contact lens use.

Instructions for use
Instill 1 drop per eye, once or more daily or as advised by a doctor.

Upon first use, remove the safety seal.
Remove the cap.
Invert the tube over the eye and apply increasing pressure until a drop is dispensed.
Close the tube with the cap.

Ingredients
Main component: dexpanthenol, 5%.
Other components: carbomer 980, cetrimide, sodium edetate, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Warnings
- The product is for external ophthalmic use only.
- In case of eye irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- In rare cases, temporary blurred vision may occur due to the gel's viscosity. It is therefore advisable to wait until the blurring disappears before undertaking any activity requiring clear vision.
- Avoid contact between the dropper and the eye or other objects.
- Close the tube tightly after use.
- Continuous use of Myrialen gel is for 30 days; if symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
- Do not wear contact lenses while instilling the product. After administration, wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting lenses.
- In case of concomitant administration of topical ophthalmic products, wait at least 15 minutes between administrations. Myrialen gel should be instilled last.
- Do not use the product if the tube or safety seal are damaged.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Do not swallow.
