Description
Multilayer absorbent pad:
- absorbent core made of a double layer of untreated cellulose pulp without optical brighteners. These ensure rapid passage of urine into the pad, isolating it from the skin, distributing the urine, gelling it, and thus keeping the pad dry;
- superabsorbent polymers (SAP): non-toxic and hypoallergenic, they are mixed into all layers of pulp, isolated from direct contact with the skin. They exert their gelling action without compromising the compactness of the absorbent pad. "ODOUR CONTROL™" technology inhibits bacterial proliferation, thereby neutralizing the formation of unpleasant odors;
- pulp and polymers are more concentrated in the anterior inguinal area to ensure maximum absorption capacity where it is most needed (specific for male anatomy), increasing the product's safety and effectiveness.
Inner filtering layer: non-woven fabric made of hypoallergenic polypropylene fiber. Soft and resistant, treated to ensure effective and prolonged permeability to liquids, which are rapidly absorbed by the underlying pad, leaving the surface dry.
Outer layer: elastic material consisting of a microperforated laminated film coated on both sides with soft non-woven fabric:
- cotton-like feel: the material coating TENA Men Premium Fit is elasticated, so it adapts perfectly to the body, like regular underwear. It is also particularly soft and thin, similar to a cotton fabric;
- breathable;
- masculine design: TENA Men Premium Fit is specifically designed for men; the pull-up has a low-rise boxer-brief cut, which allows it to be worn with any type of clothing. The leg opening is appropriately designed to ensure protection and safety in use. The outer layer is opaque like fabric, thus discreet, the gray waistband and the striped pattern of the pull-up make it similar to regular men's underwear;
- back logo: inside the pull-up, a logo indicates the size and the back side, to facilitate correct positioning;
- elastic inserts: these keep the absorbent in place, acting as a protective barrier against leaks and increasing wearability as they follow the body's movements;
- tear-off side opening: by following the special seams on the sides, after use, the pull-up can be torn and removed hygienically.
Toilet training: facilitates continence rehabilitation because it allows going to the toilet. It can be lowered and repositioned with extreme ease and naturalness many times without losing its characteristics, just like regular underwear.
Adhesives: Hotmelt type, composed of resins (adhesive component) and polymers (cohesive component). Applied hot and without the use of solvents, they do not interact with the surrounding materials, thus being non-toxic and inert.
