How to use
For adult women during pregnancy. One tablet and one soft capsule per day to be swallowed with water.

Warnings
Do not use if the blister is damaged. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
