Description
Food supplement based on fish oil, a natural source of EPA and DHA, vitamins, minerals, lutein and folic acid (from L-methylfolate calcium) which may be useful in cases of increased need or temporary reduced intake through diet.

Ingredients
Tablets: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), lutein; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, modified corn starch; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), manganese gluconate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; selenomethionine; anti-caking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, acacia gum, sucrose, corn starch, medium-chain triglycerides, DL-alpha-tocopherol; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; copper sulfate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), L-methylfolate calcium, potassium iodide, biotin.
Softgels: fish oil titrated to 10% EPA 50% DHA; casing: food-grade gelatin; stabiliser: glycerol; antioxidant: alpha tocopherol.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one softgel per day, preferably with the main meal, and one tablet once a day, to be swallowed with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place (<25 °C) and away from sources of light and heat.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product stored correctly in an unopened package.
