Description
Food supplement based on lactase. Contains: lactase (beta-galactosidase), which improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose.

Directions for use
Take one chewable tablet before meals, preferably shortly before consuming milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and dairy derivatives) or other lactose-containing foods. One chewable tablet has an enzymatic activity capable of breaking down approximately 10 g of lactose (equivalent to approximately 200 ml of milk). To support the physiological metabolism of lactose, Mill&Joy must be taken with every meal containing lactose. In cases of particular need, the daily dose can be increased up to 5 chewable tablets per meal consumed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Lactose tolerance varies, so it is advisable to seek advice from your doctor or trusted pharmacist regarding the role of this substance in your diet.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources.
